The WaterRower Oxbridge rowing machine is handcrafted in solid cherry wood. Like all woods, cherry may vary in colour from a reddish-brown to deep red. Cherry wood, like all woods used in WaterRower construction, is a premium hardwood with incredible longevity and dimensional stability. It will also darken in colour with exposure to light. For this reason, all WaterRower cherry wood components are kept in light free rooms to protect from shadowing. A new WaterRower Oxbridge will therefore appear quite light in colour. The wood will however darken over time reaching a rich reddish hue.
Each Oxbridge WaterRower is treated with three coats of Danish Oil providing an exceptionally deep luster and brilliant finish. Wood is an excellent material for this application due to its ability to absorb sound and vibration enhancing the WaterRower's smooth, quiet operation.

- Smooth Connection - There is no "solid" connection between user and the moving water, simply an immersed paddle which dampens out any detrimental mechanical feel Providing some "give" is essential for accommodating bad or developing technique, lessening the risk of injury.
- Even Stroke- A uniform stroke is essential to spreading the work more evenly over the muscle groups, working the muscle groups in proportion to their strength, optimizing exercise benefit while reducing risk of injury.

2. **Door to Door (Express): Available for selected items in Melbourne and Sydney Metropolitan areas, our express delivery offers faster options, with the possibility of same-day delivery if booked before 11:00 am (AEST, Melbourne Time zone). It also includes door-to-door, ground floor delivery.
3. Install: In select metropolitan areas, this service includes delivery and installation into your room of choice within two flights of stairs and a maximum of 25 steps. It does not cover permanent fixes or concreting. Rubbish removal is available upon request, with larger items potentially requiring multiple site visits.
4. Rubbish and Equipment Removal: We provide rubbish removal and equipment disposal services, quoted based on machine type and quantity, helping you clear space for your new fitness equipment.

- Provide a safe place if no one is home.
